We ship across Hong Kong with a flat shipping fee applied at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within Hong Kong. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

For international shipping, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We only collect the information needed to process your orders — your name, contact details, and shipping address.

We never sell your personal data. We use it solely to fulfil orders, provide support, and (if you opt in) share store updates.
